have you ever dreamt about someone and when you saw them later you felt as though they knew? or have you ever had someone looking at you really bizarrely and you can't figure out why?
that happened to me today... i think i know the reason, but at the same time i think "if it's what i think it is, that's really not a big deal. it doesn't merit that kind of cold-shoulderness".
but whatever, i'm sticking to my "some people are stupid. some people have mental problems" philosophy. its her problem. i have NO beef with NO man. wow! that's great!! i really don't have a beef with anyone!!!

i bought a book today with the gift card Nick Wolf Brown gave me. its called "Our Lady of the Lost and Found". i love reading. i love that that's only something i've discovered since the 'rust check' incident (oh no, i'm already breaking rule number 2).
ok, i'm gonna go pick up some sunflower seeds from my corner store that always gets robbed. then read my book. then go to my good friend rhonda's.

Reading's awesome! I finally got a card at my local library -- sweet!
I was also in a bookstore today and heard this little girl (~10 years old) say to her dad "ooh, thanks so much for getting me this book, I've wanted it for so long". Bet a lot of kids wouldn't say that these days!

What will be the first book you'll sign out?
I like get borrow book-tapes for road trips. But sometimes your making a gamble. The best book tape I ever got was "a walk to remember". It totally made me teary as I drove down the 401. And that never happens to me, my tearducts dryed up many years ago... just kidding.
The first book I took out from this library was "Seven Summits: The Quest to Reach the Highest Point on Every Continent" (http://www.twbookmark.com/books/10/0446385166/).
A very good read if you're into outdoors adventuring!

this gives no info on the actual book whatsoever, but it does show the same cover as the edition i have. i think its interesting that i'm reading a catholic book since i'm not catholic. although i can probably appreciate it better than some.
