melinda and i watched "20 best brit bands from the last 25 years" on much more music tonight while we made avocado mouse. it ironically also turned out to be the "top 20 most sexually ambiguous bands" list. or so it may seem. i'm not sure what that says about british people.
when i woke up (at 12:45) i felt an overwhelming urge to bake. this is most unlike me. regardless, i DID bake some cookies, and had to make two trips to the store for supplies. i'm thankful that i discovered that the hind-quarter deli is so frickin close to my house. handy! i've deemed it my new corner store. things change. today i became a baker, what will i be tomorrow?!?!
sometimes i get an urge to be isolated. i aspire to be like amélie. she was very secluded.

I've never been in the hind quarter. I think I always thought it sold hind quarter meat bits!
well you were right, it does sell meat bits, but deli's can't live on meat alone. they also sell general stuff too. it's a little expensive, but no more costly than 7-11 and it's closer to the maxi pad. so i'll use it for snacks and emergencies.
You should meet my sister. She's another Amelie wannabe. She even tries to look like her sometimes!

when i was growing my hair out from being short, it resembled amelie's hair a couple times. but hers was nicer.

Well, I can make my voice sound nearly identical to Marge Simpson's and sometimes do so inadvertently. I also used to have tons and tons of hair like Marge does (although it's never been blue or piled straight up on top of my head) And, who knows, maybe there are other things that I myself am not aware of.
i think i've heard you do a marge simpson "hmmm" before. wow, that's funny.
