EVERYONE! please send me your book suggestions. i need a few good ones to take with me to mexico, and could use many suggestions for my "to read" list. comment or email me your favourite books, or books you really enjoyed and think i would like. i'll read pretty much anything if it's well written – except i'm not a fan of scary.
your help is appreciated.
the seasons have changed and so have we.

I really enjoyed 'The Bonesetters Daughter' by Amy Tan
have you ever read 'clan of the cave bear' by jean m. auel? i love that book and have read it many times... there's a whole series that follows it, too, all excellent reading.
here's my list:
Secret Life of Bees - one of my favourite!
Friday Night Knitting Club - a light read and it involves knitting!
The Bean Trees (barbra kingsolver) - there is a little girl named Turtle in it
Icy Sparks - a quirky book but fun
The History of Love - a deep read
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants - silly, ernest, teenage girl books... a good vacation read.
Let me know if you want to borrow one or a few!
