strobe

i'm falling asleep. i'm very tired. plus, i'm starting to wonder if i have mono. can you get mono twice?? i'm gonna have to look into that. it stays in your system, so you can't give blood. i guess its possible then and my symptoms are similar...

last night i was really wound and was up until midnight. as i got into bed, melinda stood in my room talking to me. then she stayed after she turned off the light. after a while she sat down on my bed as we talked then eventually got into bed with me. hahahaha. it was funny. and fun.

so tell me something... if you see the guy you like in a café with a girl on valentine's day what do you think that means? nothing maybe? it would mean nothing to me. i'd have coffee with a guy on valentine's day and it wouldn't mean anything, but not everyone is like me. some people are very nostalgic about these things. hmmm. seriously, i'm asking you a question...

ok, well i've gotta boogie.

you can shave your heavy head in my carpeted hallway.

Um. If the girl wanted to know what it meant to the guy, why wouldn't she just ask the guy? Or is it the girl who wants to know what it meant to the other girl? Or is it the girl who is with the guy who wants to know what it meant to the other girl? It's all very confusing. Is there some reason they don't just ask each other how they feel about it?

it's a complicated question and situation. you really have to bring to bear what you know about the guy in question... is he someone who'd give a flip about VD? if he is, it's probably a date.. but who knows how serious? if he totally isn't into VD, then it probably means absolutely nothing...

because here's the thing - most people, even if they don't care much for the day, they are at least aware of it, and the ramifications of going out with someone on that day. then there are also those folks who like to culture jam and all that. then there really are those folks who are so outside the mainstream that it barely registers.

what am I talking about? probably the girl knows more about the situation than anyone could tell her.

meghan - i'm the same as you.

bob - because apparently guys are hunters and don't like it when girls are forward.

beckie - i think you're right. it does depend on how important VD is to the guy. but since we don't really know this guy i guess we'll never find out.

all - found out the girl was just a friend.
