fussocking

aw frig. i HATE all day meetings that include lunch meetings. they're so boring that it feels like someone's eating my brain. thankfully i could tell by the look on marilyn's face that she was incredibly bored as well, so i didn't feel so bad.

i had my mom over for dinner tonight. it's been a busy week and i haven't had time to grocery shop, so i just fed her found objects in my fridge. it worked out ok, she was here for my company not for my cooking. we had some good laughs. the crappy thing is that now my kitchen is a mess and i've been trying to stay on top of that. i'm just gonna go turn on the dishwasher and then floss my teeth.

i seem to have misplaced my trademark necklace.

my mom had never seen an outtie bellybutton before coming to canada. hm, speaking of bellybuttons, i think there's something wrong with mine.

i'm proposing a swift orderly change.

well you are such.... a nice person for giving me that dilbert comic calendar. i'm gonna totally bring it into work and keep it in my cube. i forgot it at home today, but thanks! i'll enjoy it.

I had never seen an outie bellybutton until I was pregnant with James and I saw it on myself! (it went back to normal as soon as he was born, but then he had the weird bellybutton!)

How can something be wrong with your belly button. Last night James also told me there was something wrong with his belly button- there was too much blood in it. Weird!

I hope you and your belly button are fine.

joy tells me that the whole pregnant bellbutton thing doesn't happen when you have a really deep bellybutton. so i don't think that will happen to me. mine is really deep, it goes to my pointer finger's first knuckle.
